nuCourse Distribution Defective Units Return Policy
A defective unit is described as a unit that does not function or operate to the standards of the manufacturer. Defects are limited to, but not exclusive of bad wiring, damaged plastic, not turning on/off, etc. Defective units do not include: wrong color ordered, wrong model ordered, etc.
Defective units will be subject to the nuCourse Distribution, Inc Return Policy. Items that are found to be defective after 90 days from the sales order must be returned directly to the manufacturer by the reseller/buyer.
All returns must have an approved nuCourse RMA number prior to the return being shipped to nuCourse. The RMA must be included in the box and the RMA number must be written on the shipping label. Returns received without an approved RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the reseller/buyer at the expense of the reseller/buyer.
All defective units are required to be tested by the reseller. All returns must be labeled with a description of what is defective on the unit. Items returned without a description of what is defective will not be accepted and will be returned to the reseller/buyer at the expense of the reseller/buyer.
All returns must have all parts, accessories, cables, screen protectors, chargers, remotes, etc in order to be accepted. Items returned without all parts will not be accepted and will be returned to the reseller/buyer at the expense of the reseller/buyer.
nuCourse will test all defective unit returns. If the units returned are not found to be defective, the units will not be accepted and will be returned to the reseller/buyer at the expense of the reseller/buyer.
nuCourse Non-Defective Returns
Non-Defective Returns are subject to a review of the contractual agreement between the reseller/buyer and nuCourse Distribution, Inc.
Non-defective items are subject to inspection to ensure that they are in resalable condition and have not been opened or altered in any way.
Items that have been purchased, which are discontinued by nuCourse, will not be approved for return unless the item is defective. Please follow the defective return policy above.
Reseller/buyer may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All shipping and return of those items are at the expense of the reseller/buyer.
